This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of and manage internal knowledge systems, such as the Knowledgebase and Chobani Library.
• Ensure that product-related content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across various platforms.
• Develop and uphold content governance, version control, review cycles, and approval processes.
• Conduct audits to enhance content quality, usability, and accessibility.
• Research, verify, and convert intricate product information into clear internal communications.
• Collaborate with experts from Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing departments.
• Relay product updates, including changes in ingredients, packaging, and formulations.
• Align Consumer Loyalty messaging with broader internal communications strategies.
• Oversee the content development lifecycle from initial intake to publication and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, collect inputs, obtain approvals, and adhere to deadlines.
• Manage various content initiatives and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Act as a resource for Legal, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Engage in discussions regarding new products and initiatives to foresee and prepare necessary content.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in communications, content management, or a similar role.
• Outstanding writing and editing abilities.
• Capability to distill complex information into simpler terms.
• Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems or content platforms.
• Proficiency in building relationships and collaborating across different functions.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
• A customer-centric mindset with an understanding of consumer-facing implications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Preferred: experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food and beverage, or regulated sectors.
• Preferred: knowledge of product lifecycle, labeling, or regulatory considerations.
• Preferred: experience supporting customer care, consumer experience, or brand communications teams.
• Preferred: familiarity with project management tools and content workflow processes.
