This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of communications to enhance awareness of LucidLink’s platform among media and entertainment, enterprise IT, and construction sectors.
• Convert awareness into revenue generation and customer acquisition.
• Create a dedicated communications team to manage media strategies and agency partnerships.
• Craft engaging narratives highlighting customer impact and market transformation.
• Shift the market's perception of LucidLink towards that of an AI-focused company and developer concern within one year through strategic media coverage and storytelling.
• Oversee the analyst relations program with Gartner and other analysts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to pinpoint positioning opportunities and shape perception using commercial, customer, and technology proof points.
• Formulate a content strategy and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Address incoming media inquiries.
• Share stories of customer business transformation rather than concentrating solely on feature releases or product launches.
• Assist in product launches including LucidLink Connect read/write, MCP server, Python SDK, and upcoming language SDKs.
• Engage in interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, departmental teams, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and CMO during working sessions.
• Proven experience in executing product launches that yield significant visibility and downstream business impact.
• Proficient in managing a six-figure budget.
• Experience in overseeing external agencies and vendor relationships.
• Skilled at translating technical narratives into market-relevant stories.
• Ability to recognize differentiation within the AI landscape.
• Capable of coordinating internal stakeholders and securing access to company leaders, customer references, and strategic messaging.
• Understanding of enterprise IT or similar complex B2B sales environments is valued.
• Familiarity with the media and entertainment domain is preferred but not mandatory.
• A portfolio or tangible examples of campaigns, repositioning efforts, or market-entry launches demonstrating specific ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable managing reactive media requests, tight deadlines, and proactive strategic initiatives.
• Fluency in AI and a responsible approach to utilizing AI tools.
