Technical Product Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develops and implements training plans and training materials.

• Evaluates both individual and group training needs; maintains records for individual and group training.

• Regularly creates, updates, and conducts knowledge assessments.

• Facilitates onboarding training for new hires.

• Plans, prepares, and researches lesson content.

• Develops, organizes, and delivers training materials, including online courses.

• Instructs team members both individually and in groups.

• Reviews and evaluates users’ work, providing feedback along with course grades.

• Creates and shares training summaries with stakeholders, demonstrating strong presentation skills.

• Aids operations in understanding agent opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Trainer.

• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must possess strong technical skills.

• Experience in writing documentation and organizing course materials.

• Should demonstrate the ability to work and learn independently.

• Capability to assess product knowledge needs effectively.

• Actively contributes to the team without the need for close supervision or waiting for instructions.

• Ability to propose new processes or enhance existing ones.

• Proficient in writing clear process documentation and generating relevant reports.
