Technical Product Owner – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, business teams, engineering, design) to define the product vision and strategy.

• Support teams with error analysis while tracking bugs.

• Create and sustain a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

• Develop, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and technical tasks in GitHub, JSM, or Notion.

• Ensure that acceptance criteria are clear, testable, and meet user requirements.

• Act as the main point of contact for the development team during sprints.

• Take decisive actions to eliminate team obstacles and speed up delivery.

• Keep stakeholders updated on progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Gather and analyze feedback from demos, user testing, and support channels.

• Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and usage metrics to inform future enhancements.

• Ensure the product adheres to industry standards and specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or in a similar position within software development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

• A solid understanding of contemporary software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.

• Proven track record in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and collaborating effectively with developers.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design abilities.

• Proficient in prioritization, decision-making in uncertain situations, and balancing technical debt with feature delivery.
