This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the content product strategy and roadmap encompassing content generation, accredited learning, and publications.
• Establish the architecture, quality control measures, and clinical accuracy standards for the content generation platform.
• Oversee the content model, taxonomy, metadata architecture, and shared content agreements.
• Conduct a mapping of the content assets within the first 90 days.
• Manage the product surfaces related to accredited learning and publications, including activity architecture, learning journeys, credit-claim processes, and journal submission and review workflows.
• Supervise product surfaces for embedded clinical tools and sponsor-facing digital resources, incorporating partner evaluation and integration architecture.
• Develop and expand the content operations function.
• Create new content products, prototype formats and tools, and provide evidence-based recommendations to the Chief Digital, Technology & Data Officer (CTDO).
• Advocate for the roadmap and engineering-capacity tradeoffs to the executive team.
• Produce derivative assets at scale while enhancing first-pass clinical accuracy.
• Ensure that metadata quality facilitates personalization and audience reporting.
• Launch accredited activities and journal publications on time without requiring manual intervention.
• Avoid unplanned disruptions to the shared content agreements.
• Expand the content engine into new specialty markets without proportional increases in headcount.
• Report directly to the Chief Digital, Technology & Data Officer (CTDO).
• Over 7 years of experience in technical product management, content platforms, or digital publishing.
• Comprehensive ownership of a content or learning platform at scale, including architecture and roadmap.
• For principal-level candidates: 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to establish standards adopted across teams and execute a strategic plan.
• Extensive experience in content modeling, taxonomy, and metadata architecture on a headless CMS; Storyblok is preferred.
• Background in producing LLM-powered content generation, encompassing evaluation strategies, quality gates, and accuracy/cost tradeoffs.
• Ownership experience of a learning management platform, including activity architecture, learning paths, and credit or completion reporting; Docebo is preferred.
• Background in a regulated or accredited environment where editorial independence must be maintained.
• Familiarity with ACCME is a differentiator.
• Experience building a function from the ground up, including defining roles, making build-versus-hire decisions, and enhancing capabilities.
• Comfortable working in an AI-assisted development environment such as Claude Code or similar.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, medical education, or life sciences.
• Experience in developing content capabilities that can be applied across various markets or specialty areas is an advantage.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
