This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop features, epics, and technical user stories that incorporate intricate product specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish the product roadmap.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation tailored for diverse stakeholders.
• Produce materials for go-to-market strategies and commercialization efforts.
• Assist in the creation and updating of playbooks for migration, beta testing, piloting, sunset phases, and releases.
• Convert solutions into designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the product backlog for Transaction Processing.
• Integrate third-party services and SaaS providers into the platform.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic vision and corporate initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing the product roadmap.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to pinpoint gaps and opportunities.
• Interact with users to gain insights into their challenges and expectations.
• Leverage creative thinking to design solutions based on insights and market research.
• Manage the iterative life cycles of features, epics, and products.
• Collaborate across functions to meet stakeholder needs and address concerns.
• Communicate feature benefits to customer success and product marketing teams.
• Influence and assist in the execution of version releases and go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least six (6) years of experience in delivering Core Banking, ACH, loan payment functionalities, debt repayment, and card processing.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in one of the following areas: delivering technical features (SDKs, APIs) for Financial Institutions/Credit Unions; providing UIs and white-label features for Financial Institutions/Credit Unions; or managing B2B SaaS products and services.
• Extensive knowledge of payment technologies (debt repayment, card processing, ACH, etc.).
• Advanced product management skills, including expert-level requirements definition.
• Product experience with scalable, high-performance, and highly available API-based platforms, preferably in Core Banking.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging others about the product and managing multiple stakeholders across various functions.
• Experience in utilizing data and metrics to guide product decisions.
• Proficient in visual modeling of user journeys, sequence diagrams, and procedural flows.
• Proven ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically on a quarterly basis for visits to headquarters, conferences, and/or client interactions.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug testing.
