Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end Agentforce adoption program for Service Cloud.

• Oversee portfolio-level tracking, deployment speed, resolution of obstacles, and go-live reporting for both lighthouse and scaled customers.

• Establish a daily operational rhythm with product, FDE, CSM, and PS teams for the initial 100 customers.

• Transition to a lighter weekly/bi-weekly operational model as the program evolves beyond 100 customers.

• Gather customer feedback from the field and ensure timely follow-up with inbound product managers within a week.

• Identify and address barriers that hinder FDE, CSM, PS, and partner teams from executing the deployment playbook.

• Develop, maintain, and guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the deployment playbook.

• Monitor and convey the Agentforce adoption metric, gaps, and pathways.

• Provide program status updates for executive leadership and investigate technical issues alongside engineering.

• Ensure that field-validated product requirements reach the proper inbound product manager with actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or a related field.

• Engineering background with the ability to understand architecture and engage credibly with engineers.

• Extensive personal familiarity with AI and agentic systems; hands-on experience is essential.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.

• Practical expertise in LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.

• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and core APIs.

• Demonstrated experience in portfolio operations managing multiple customers and identifying systemic barriers.

• Capability to write succinct executive summaries and communicate effectively with VP-level product leadership.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
