This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop features, epics, and technical user stories with intricate product specifications for development teams working on a new platform.
• Partner with leadership to establish the product roadmap.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for various stakeholders.
• Provide materials for go-to-market strategies and commercialization.
• Assist in creating and updating playbooks for migration, beta testing, pilot programs, sunset phases, and releases.
• Convert solutions into designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the product backlog for Transaction Processing.
• Integrate third-party services and SaaS providers into the platform.
• Ensure product activities align with the company's strategic vision and corporate objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams executing the product roadmap.
• Conduct market and competitive research to pinpoint gaps and opportunities.
• Interact with users to gain insights into their pain points and aspirations.
• Utilize creative thinking to design solutions based on insights and market analysis.
• Manage feature sprints, epics, and product-level iterative life cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address stakeholder needs and concerns.
• Clearly communicate feature benefits to customer success and product marketing teams.
• Influence, guide, and assist in executing version releases and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee highly complex projects and drive strategic initiatives in payment technologies.
• Shape product direction and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and contribute to the development of future product management practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least six (6) years of experience in delivering Core Banking, ACH, loan payment features, debt repayment, ACH, and card processing.
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in at least one of the following: delivering technical features (SDKs, APIs) for Financial Institutions/Credit Unions; delivering UIs and white label features for Financial Institutions/Credit Unions; managing B2B SaaS products and services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payment technologies, including debt repayment, card processing, and ACH.
• Advanced product management skills, with expertise in requirements definition.
• Experience with scalable, performant, and highly available API-based platforms, ideally in Core Banking.
• Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to inform product decisions.
• Expertise in visual modeling of user journeys, sequence diagrams, and procedural flows.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically on a quarterly basis to headquarters, conferences, and/or client engagements.
