Technical Product Owner, L2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document product requirements.

• Convert business needs into precise user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.

• Assist in the management and prioritization of the product backlog.

• Work alongside Engineering and Product teams to enhance communication, clarify requirements, and eliminate delivery obstacles.

• Contribute to sprint planning and help establish goals and priorities for forthcoming releases.

• Engage in sprint reviews and retrospectives.

• Monitor delivery progress and relay updates, risks, and dependencies.

• Develop and maintain product documentation, including release notes, feature descriptions, and supporting materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a product-centric role such as Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, QA, Engineering, or a related position.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working in Agile environments and contributing to iterative product development processes.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capable of fostering positive working relationships across cross-functional teams.

• Adaptable and proactive, with the capability to manage shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Gainsight would be advantageous.

• Interest in emerging technologies and software development practices.
