This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of prioritized enhancements and new features from inception to completion, encompassing hypothesis generation, discovery, requirements definition, design, delivery, testing, and evaluation.

• Collaborate across multiple departments within the organization, including Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and others.

• Work alongside the Sr. Director to foster understanding, alignment, and adoption of the Crucial Learning Platform among clients and business stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the SDI Technical Product Owner to ensure consistency across the platform.

• Collect, validate, and document customer feedback and suggestions, both internal and external, and convert them into clear and actionable requirements.

• Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings; participate in other AGILE ceremonies as necessary, including product releases (1-2 hours in the evening every 3-week sprint).

• Draft precise user stories with high-quality acceptance criteria.

• Produce product release notes.

• Maintain comprehensive release documentation to keep the entire organization informed and in alignment.

• Possess a keen eye for brand-consistent, contemporary user experiences, while adeptly navigating the challenges of launching a new product both internally and externally.

• Stay informed about trends in learning, technology, business, and customer preferences.

• Be an enthusiastic adopter and innovator of AI, actively investigating and employing emerging AI tools and capabilities to enhance product development, streamline workflows, and improve the learning experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in Agile Digital Product Ownership is mandatory.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects in collaboration with engineering, QA, and business partners.

• Experience in creating and prioritizing a product backlog that is clear, concise, outcome-driven, and technically robust.

• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, SaaS technology, and WCAG2.2AA requirements, with the ability to interpret, translate, and create clear technical specifications for engineering teams.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fully remote setting, remaining self-motivated, communicative, and connected in a distributed team. A separate, dedicated workspace is required.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with sound judgment and the capability to respond swiftly and adapt as customer and business needs evolve.

• Capable of balancing immediate operational demands with the long-term product vision.

• Able to rapidly modify backlog and feature priorities in response to changing business needs.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Preferred: Experience in the learning and development sector (please highlight in your cover letter).

• Preferred: Experience in driving wireframe design concepts.

• Preferred: Experience in developing learning technology solutions (LMS, LXP, LRS, SCORM, xAPI, etc.).

• Preferred: Ability to apply quantitative data analysis to sprints and backlogs to make projections, proposals, and evaluate consequences and impacts.
