Technical Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Serve as the execution engine that bridges client vision with engineering delivery.

• Oversee daily team operations, including sprint planning, backlog management, story creation, and eliminating obstacles.

• Maintain a consistent delivery rhythm and foster strong accountability within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner working closely with engineering teams.

• Direct experience managing a backlog for teams developing AI or ML features.

• Practical experience with data platform projects, including data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehousing, and collaboration with data engineering teams.

• Demonstrated success in execution: sprint velocity, release frequency, and removing team blockers.

• Ability to work effectively under someone else's vision without friction.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, or similar (Nice-to-have).

• Experience in a B2B SaaS setting; expertise in Supply Chain is preferable (Nice-to-have).

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or an equivalent certification (Nice-to-have).
