Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and market needs.

• Create and uphold a detailed product roadmap that highlights key milestones, timelines, and interdependencies.

• Regularly evaluate and modify the roadmap to respond to evolving market dynamics and customer insights.

• Utilize your technical expertise to thoroughly comprehend the complexities of our products, including architecture, development methodologies, and technical constraints.

• Actively collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and trade-offs for proposed product features.

• Convert technical limitations and engineering insights into product decisions that stakeholders can easily understand and implement.

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, sales, marketing, and implementation, to ensure effective product development and delivery.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, skillfully translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Define comprehensive product requirements, which encompass user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.

• Prioritize feature development based on customer input, market analysis, and business goals.

• Assess and explore AI-driven capabilities within our products; pinpoint areas where AI can provide real user value and create product experiences that reliably deliver that value in a transparent fashion.

• Demonstrate outstanding communication capabilities, both written and verbal, to explain complex technical ideas in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our communication protocols and collaborative systems within the product team and across the organization.

• Utilize AI tools for writing, analysis, and prototyping to develop shared sources of truth, synthesized insights, and conduct more effective discovery processes.

• Advocate for a user-focused approach to product development, ensuring that user needs and feedback are the driving force behind product decisions.

• Conduct user research and gather insights to guide product improvements.

• Interact directly with key customers to collect feedback, comprehend challenges, and uncover opportunities for product enhancements.

• Cultivate strong customer relationships to deepen our understanding of their changing needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.

• Proven track record as a Technical Product Manager, preferably at a mid to senior level.

• Strong technical proficiency, with an in-depth understanding of software development processes and technologies.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong leadership and collaborative skills.

• Comfort in collaborating with engineering teams to grasp architectural decisions and technical trade-offs.

• Experience with AI tools to enhance personal productivity and improve the quality of work outputs.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
