Senior Technical Product Manager, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to foster a unified vision for Aledade’s CRM ecosystem, ensuring alignment on constraints, priorities, and the desired end state, while effectively articulating and advocating for this viewpoint.

• Continuously enhance user workflows and functionalities, which includes tracking key metrics and integrating user feedback.

• Engage with internal teams and end users to gain a comprehensive understanding of requirements, execute thoughtful solution design, utilize data to validate hypotheses, and provide support throughout the execution phase.

• Compose detailed user stories for new features, documenting comprehensive descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria defined by measurable outcomes.

• Create both short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk, with an emphasis on ongoing iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience within the technology sector, technology-enabled services, or a SaaS product.

• A validated history of working as a product manager in Salesforce, including expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and additional Salesforce solutions.
