Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a range of interconnected product areas and be responsible for their strategy, roadmap, and results.

• Manage the API Connections platform and oversee the backlog of platform initiatives. Handle the commercial relationship with third-party vendors.

• Define and implement the A2A and MCP server roadmap.

• Lead the development of SDKs, which serve as the interface through which end users interact with ASAPP.

• Oversee telephony and platform integrations.

• Manage external documentation (docs.asapp.com) as an integral part of the product.

• Set the strategy and maintain the roadmap, balancing active customer commitments, technical debt, and platform initiatives.

• Collaborate directly with customers and account teams to prioritize and sequence deliverables.

• Maintain stringent prioritization: actively manage and refine the backlog; confidently decline requests with clarity and justification.

• Establish metrics and telemetry for each product area to ensure outcomes are quantifiable and decisions are informed by data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and native AI platforms.

• Technical expertise to engage effectively with engineers on API design, SDK architecture, integration patterns, and AI/ML trade-offs — you are hands-on in producing working prototypes and must understand production code.

• Proven ability to manage a complex, multi-surface product area with minimal supervision.

• Experience collaborating directly with enterprise customers and delivery teams to convert challenges into a prioritized roadmap.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving towards clarity — you can structure undefined problems before engineering needs to intervene.

• A history of delivering products: you have managed features from discovery to delivery, including less glamorous aspects.
