This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinical operations teams (Care Management, Quality, Population Health, Customer Service) to identify, prioritize, and gather requirements for Rose’s use cases.

• Manage and prioritize use cases, features, and enhancement requests, ensuring a balance between clinical impact, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.

• Take ownership of the project plan for Rose use cases from requirement gathering to deployment, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.

• Ensure timely and clear communication of priorities and activities to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, uncover improvement opportunities, and inform the strategic roadmap.

• Conduct regular call audits to verify clinical accuracy, HIPAA compliance, appropriate tone, and adherence to approved scripts and conversation flows in collaboration with clinical subject matter experts.

• Ensure all use cases adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, URAC, DiME, and state-specific requirements.

• Facilitate regular program reviews with senior leadership, providing updates on status, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

• Foster strong relationships across the organization to drive adoption and collect continuous feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and deliver measurable results in a complex, cross-functional setting.

• Experience in launching a complex product, guiding it from development to implementation, and maintaining product integrity throughout its lifecycle.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the skill to interpret performance data and translate insights into roadmap decisions.

• Proficient in coding languages such as Python and SQL, with the capability to query data, review scripts, and work collaboratively with data and engineering teams.

• Demonstrated ability to take action in real-time when plans deviate: composed under pressure, quick to adapt, and accountable for outcomes regardless of circumstances.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
