This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the data product backlog by crafting, refining, and prioritizing user stories, epics, and technical tasks related to data ingestion, transformation, APIs, and integrations.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in close collaboration with Engineering and Data teams.
• Manage dependencies, monitor delivery progress, and proactively identify blockers or risks to communicate to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to develop and sustain the roadmap for Dynatron’s enterprise data platform, ensuring it aligns with company goals and the long-term vision for the product.
• Prioritize initiatives across ingestion, transformation, categorization, storage, governance, and data delivery based on their business value and strategic significance.
• Work alongside Product Managers across all product lines to ensure that products are equipped with the necessary data sources, integrations, and intelligence to achieve roadmap objectives and fulfill customer requirements.
• Oversee all third-party data integrations and API partnerships, including assessment, prioritization, implementation coordination, and ongoing enhancement.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, and AI teams to highlight KPIs, benchmarks, predictive capabilities, and opportunities for intelligent automation.
• Assist in preparing for market readiness of data-driven features and platform improvements.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
• Demonstrated experience in owning and managing product backlogs and executing sprints for data platforms, APIs, or shared product capabilities across multiple product lines.
• Proven ability to convert business objectives, stakeholder requirements, and market opportunities into clear, prioritized product specifications and measurable outcomes.
• Established capability to collaborate with data teams on pipelines, ETL processes, APIs, data architecture concepts, and AI/ML enablement.
• Practical experience in delivering products that utilize complex datasets (e.g., categorization, forecasting, benchmarking, optimization, machine learning, or AI-driven functionalities).
• Preferred familiarity with SQL, data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills, including the capacity to interpret data models, dashboards, usage metrics, and business performance indicators to guide prioritization decisions.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify unfulfilled data requirements and prioritize future opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for articulating technical data and AI concepts in business language.
