This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Serve as the main technical liaison for clients, comprehending their business requirements, and ensuring that marketing technology solutions are in line with their objectives.
• Hold regular meetings with clients to collect feedback, update them on progress, and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with the technical delivery lead, data solution architect, and data analysts to grasp the data model and produce data visualizations and reports.
• Work alongside stakeholders to identify epics, features, and user stories that capture client and user needs, aligning with the client’s technology solution roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize the technology solution backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and client input.
• Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis to ensure a thorough understanding of client expectations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation as needed, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and other pertinent artifacts.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demo reviews, and retrospectives, both internally and with clients.
• Influence cross-functional teams by applying agile methodologies.
• Adapt swiftly to changing priorities, new insights, or delivery challenges while sustaining clarity, momentum, and alignment among stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Take ownership of delivery readiness, transparency, and alignment within the team.
• Ensure the team is focused on achieving clear outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps before they affect delivery.
• Act as a leader within the team, guiding priorities, decisions, and communication.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role focused on technology solution leadership.
• Analytical mindset paired with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients.
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability, with the capacity to modify approaches based on new information, risks, or evolving delivery situations.
• Experience in marketing technology with a solid technical understanding of marketing databases, APIs, back-end integration, analytics, digital front-end experiences, marketing automation, and email.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with Data projects, Snowflake projects, or Marketing Automation initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile backlog management, including prioritization and planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
• Capability to excel in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where the nature of work can vary.
• Natural curiosity, eager to dive deep proactively and whenever needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
