📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough technical understanding of Socure’s offerings, platform, and integrations.

• Examine and document technical details, workflows, and architectures to explain the "how" behind product features.

• Convert intricate technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand narratives that appeal to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Develop messaging that emphasizes the distinct advantages of Socure’s technology and its measurable impact on clients’ business results.

• Perform comprehensive technical assessments of competitors’ products to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and differentiators.

• Formulate competitive positioning strategies that highlight Socure’s excellence in the identity verification and fraud prevention sectors.

• Collaborate closely with product managers to grasp roadmaps, new functionalities, and technical use cases to guide go-to-market strategies.

• Offer technical insights and ensure that market demands are being met during the product development phase.

• Produce detailed technical enablement materials for sales, customer success, and partners, including solution guides, architecture diagrams, and FAQs.

• Facilitate technical workshops and training sessions to ensure internal teams can effectively communicate the product’s technical value.

• Author and publish technical whitepapers, blog articles, and case studies that showcase Socure’s innovation and industry leadership.

• Represent Socure in technical conversations with clients, partners, and at industry conferences.

• Enhance the quality and production of marketing assets by utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT's Deep Research to improve technical marketing materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, solutions engineering, or similar roles within the identity verification, fraud, or risk sectors.

• Strong technical proficiency with the capability to comprehend APIs, machine learning, and cloud-based systems.

• Outstanding storytelling abilities with a talent for simplifying technical complexities into clear, value-oriented messaging.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and engineering teams.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a background in competitive analysis and market research.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a record of producing technical content such as whitepapers, blogs, and case studies.

• Familiarity with using AI tools for content creation, research, and technical enablement is an advantage.
