This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Collaborate with product management to define needs, positioning, and messaging that resonates with actual users.
• Analyze market trends, gather and synthesize competitive intelligence, and maintain close customer engagement to discover opportunities.
• Establish buyer personas and their needs while mapping the journey from awareness to adoption.
• Convert technical features into clear and compelling value propositions for our buyers and customers.
• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy and processes for new products and significant updates.
• Assist in cross-functional launch planning alongside sales enablement, product management, and marketing teams.
• Develop value proposition messaging, sales tools, launch materials, and campaigns that encourage adoption and drive revenue.
• Monitor performance, iterate, and optimize strategies.
• Establish feedback loops with customers to guide product and messaging decisions.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to extract insights from the field.
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry discussions—particularly in construction technology—through blogs, short-form videos, webinars, live presentations, and customer interactions.
• Ensure our messaging accurately reflects the real-world challenges and successes of our users.
• Propel measurable revenue growth through product adoption and usage.
• Influence how we communicate about our products, both internally and externally.
• Integrate the voice of the customer into all our initiatives.
• Enhance the knowledge of our team (and our users) with every project you engage in.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Background in construction technology, such as estimation, data management, or project management software is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading product launches and collaborating closely with Product teams.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
• Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.
• Curious, collaborative, and always seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Proficient with marketing tools like Storylane, Miro, Survicate, Asana, Marketo, Aligned (or Seismic, HighSpot), Pendo (or Gainsight), Chorus (or Gong), and AI LLMs (Claude, Co-Pilot, ChatGPT), Clay is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
