This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the go-to-market strategy for designated industries within the Commercial business unit.
• Take ownership of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), positioning, value propositions, buyer personas, and messaging that effectively articulate customer outcomes and competitive advantages.
• Identify avenues for enhancing customer penetration, cross-selling adoption, and portfolio expansion.
• Cultivate and sustain expertise in assigned industries, encompassing licensing, continuing education, accreditation, and compliance mandates.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and create supporting sales enablement resources, including battlecards, collateral, and digital assets.
• Lead the strategic planning, prioritization, and scope of learning experiences and the continuing education roadmap in AEC and Energy.
• Utilize customer insights, market trends, regulatory guidelines, competitive intelligence, and business priorities to inform roadmap investment choices and optimize customer and commercial impact.
• Design, implement, and oversee launch strategies for course releases, customer communications, marketing materials, and sales enablement resources.
• Collaborate to produce campaign and digital messaging, along with content marketing assets to facilitate demand generation.
• Conduct customer interviews and develop case studies.
• Manage the creation and updates of collateral and documentation utilized in the sales process (e.g., pitch decks, product brochures, etc.).
• Continuously refine and iterate based on feedback from customers and internal teams.
• Perform customer research, win-loss interviews, and customer conversations to identify market opportunities, validate messaging, and guide the go-to-market strategy, roadmap prioritization, and portfolio investments.
• Assist website and event marketing teams in applying industry outcome-focused messaging to ensure consistent positioning across digital, event, and customer-facing marketing resources.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of professional experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in product marketing at a SaaS B2B organization.
• Ability to comprehend customer needs, pain points, and aspirations and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
• Capability to produce engaging presentations and long-form marketing content for campaigns.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated history of excellence and driving initiatives that contribute to sales growth.
• Serve as a resource for customer-facing teams with an entrepreneurial mindset that empowers action and results.
• Proven track record of driving changes that have resulted in sales or retention growth.
• Experience in continuing education, accreditation, compliance, or other regulated sectors is an advantage.
