Summer Intern – CXM Transformation, AI & GTM Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving go-to-market strategies and product initiatives for emerging CX and AI solutions.

• Aid in the creation of documentation, playbooks, training materials, and enablement resources.

• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and solution evaluations.

• Support the development of solutions in AI, automation, messaging, and customer experience domains.

• Develop presentations, graphics, and executive-level materials to facilitate strategic initiatives.

• Participate in social media, market engagement, and industry research efforts.

• Help prioritize tasks, track project milestones, and support cross-functional workflows.

• Collaborate with teams across marketing, legal, finance, product, and operations to advance business objectives.

• Share insights and suggestions that enhance processes, solutions, and customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated strong interest in technology, AI, business transformation, customer experience, or go-to-market strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and thriving in a collaborative setting.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Experience in presentation design, research, analytics, or technical projects is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, data analysis, or software development is a plus.
