This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and enhance core positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Mirantis’ AI infrastructure and cloud-native platform offerings.
• Convert complex technical product features — such as GPU cluster orchestration, multi-cluster Kubernetes management, and MLOps pipelines — into tailored narratives for various audiences, including practitioners, platform engineers, and executive buyers.
• Lead the competitive intelligence initiative: monitor competitors like Red Hat OpenShift AI, NVIDIA Base Command, Rancher/SUSE, VMware Tanzu, and new AI cloud providers; generate battlecards, comparisons, and win/loss assessments.
• Create a consistent flow of high-quality technical content: solution briefs, white papers, blog articles, use case studies, reference architectures, and demo scripts.
• Collaborate with solution architects and product managers to craft technical content that informs buyers about AI infrastructure patterns, encompassing LLM inference at scale, GPU scheduling, and self-service for developer platforms.
• Assist in demand generation campaigns with engaging assets tailored to key personas: AI/ML engineers, platform operations teams, and infrastructure decision-makers.
• Develop and sustain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling resources, and ROI frameworks.
• Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to refine field insights into more precise messaging and better-focused content.
• Aid in product launches with go-to-market strategies, launch kits, and internal training resources.
• Track trends in the AI infrastructure, cloud-native, and open-source ecosystems to reveal market insights that guide GTM strategy.
• Support analyst and media briefings; contribute to Mirantis’ positioning in significant industry discussions and reports.
• Represent Mirantis’ platform viewpoint at industry events, webinars, and community forums as a subject matter expert.
• 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role within the cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise software domains.
• Proven ability to comprehend and effectively communicate intricate technical concepts related to: Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving, inference, GPU resource management, and MLOps tools.
• Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud deployment strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Excellent writing and storytelling capabilities — able to generate clear, compelling content for both technical and business audiences without extensive editing.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials and working closely with sales and pre-sales teams.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape in cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and open-source ecosystems (e.g., Red Hat, NVIDIA, Canonical, Rancher/SUSE, HashiCorp).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment with a high level of autonomy.
