This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the company's comprehensive messaging framework and value proposition across all products and services.
• Develop and oversee the voice-of-customer program, translating insights into effective messaging, positioning, and product recommendations.
• Evaluate and approve product messaging.
• Create the core narrative and value proposition for Yondr's Education segment.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence initiatives, monitoring competitors and industry trends.
• Transform research findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify market opportunities and risks, providing guidance on positioning and portfolio strategy.
• Assist Yondr's distributed sales team with competitive updates, objection-handling strategies, and messaging support.
• Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, competitive battle cards, and training resources.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to pinpoint enablement gaps and facilitate training.
• Mentor, coach, and lead product marketing team members.
• Work together with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership on go-to-market strategies.
• Represent product marketing in cross-functional planning and executive strategy discussions.
• Establish best practices, processes, and standards for product marketing.
• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for product and service launches.
• Support launch roadmap and prioritization efforts in conjunction with Product Management, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
• Define metrics for launch success and report performance outcomes to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 8-12 years of experience in product marketing or product management, including experience in leadership or management roles.
• Background in K-12, Higher Education, or related education markets.
• Proven experience in leading go-to-market strategies and executing product launches at scale.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing direct reports.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities, with the skill to shape company-wide messaging.
• Strong executive presence, with experience presenting strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Advanced skills in market research and competitive analysis.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
