This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with the goals of the organization.
• Supervise Sales and Partner Success enablement, collaborating with team members to create processes and playbooks.
• Offer training and support to Sales and Partner Success teams regarding new product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Formulate a conference strategy and oversee the execution of conferences, which includes participant coordination, lead list management, and ordering materials and assets.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to carry out conference activities, including presentations.
• Manage cross-functional projects associated with product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for go-to-market activities.
• Lead a small team of direct reports by providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development.
• Oversee marketing claims and the legal review process.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Partnerships.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 6+ years of work experience is necessary.
• At least 2+ years of prior leadership experience is essential.
• Experience in the Education sector is required (K12, Higher Education, Edtech, etc.).
• Strong ability to synthesize and simplify complex information into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Must be a proactive self-starter.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Proficient in cross-functional project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Must be prepared to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs demand.
• Ability to access information using a computer is necessary.
