This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and sustain core positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Mirantis’ AI infrastructure and cloud-native platform portfolio.
• Convert highly technical product capabilities — GPU cluster orchestration, multi-cluster Kubernetes management, MLOps pipelines — into narratives tailored for practitioners, platform engineers, and C-suite executives.
• Lead the competitive intelligence function: monitor competitors such as Red Hat OpenShift AI, NVIDIA Base Command, Rancher/SUSE, VMware Tanzu, and emerging AI cloud providers; create battlecards, comparisons, and win/loss analyses.
• Generate a consistent flow of high-quality technical content: solution briefs, white papers, blog posts, use case studies, reference architectures, and demo scripts.
• Collaborate with solution architects and product managers to create technical content that educates buyers on AI infrastructure patterns, including LLM inference at scale, GPU scheduling, and developer platform self-service.
• Support demand generation campaigns with compelling materials tailored to key personas: AI/ML engineers, platform operations teams, and infrastructure decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and ROI frameworks.
• Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to refine field insights into sharper messaging and more targeted content.
• Assist in product launches with go-to-market strategies, launch kits, and internal training resources.
• Keep abreast of trends within the AI infrastructure, cloud-native, and open-source ecosystems to provide market insights that shape GTM strategy.
• Aid in analyst and media briefings; contribute to Mirantis’ positioning in significant industry discussions and reports.
• Represent Mirantis’ platform perspective at industry events, webinars, and community forums as a subject matter expert.
• 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a closely related role (solutions marketing, developer marketing, content strategy) within the cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise software sectors.
• Proven ability to comprehend and effectively communicate intricate technical concepts associated with: Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving, inference, GPU resource management, and MLOps tools.
• Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud deployment practices across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities — capable of producing clear, engaging content for both technical and business audiences with minimal editing.
• Experience in developing sales enablement materials and collaborating directly with sales and pre-sales teams.
• Awareness of the competitive landscape within cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and open-source ecosystems (e.g., Red Hat, NVIDIA, Canonical, Rancher/SUSE, HashiCorp).
