Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and prioritize requirements from both technical and business stakeholders.

• Convert business and engineering needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Recognize cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and opportunities for integration.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and design teams to create scalable solutions that enhance product delivery and operational efficiency.

• Rank initiatives based on their business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.

• Establish product success metrics and track outcomes following release.

• Convey product strategy, roadmap, and delivery updates to internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Assist in the comprehensive product delivery throughout the entire product lifecycle, focusing on scaling and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.

• Experience in managing technical or platform products is preferred.

• Solid understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, including mobile application development.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver intricate software products.

• Capability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in defining product requirements and managing product backlogs.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in IoT is a significant advantage.
