Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with customers, assess their feedback, and analyze analytics data to uncover user needs and challenges.

• Recommend new features and improvements to address user issues.

• Secure support for your recommendations from Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.

• Create technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Data Science to establish estimation methods, validate model outputs against actual results, and guarantee the 'explainability' of our metrics for enterprise clients.

• Engage in daily cooperation with Engineering teams during the development of new features.

• Convey functional and business specifics of upcoming releases to less technical teams such as Marketing, Accounts, Success, and Documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a SaaS company or in data roles in mobile or free-to-play gaming.

• Experience integrating AI into daily operations or in launching AI-driven products.

• Knowledge of BI industry tools such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.

• Proven experience utilizing data to inform decision-making; comfortable crafting complex SQL queries against our analytics data.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, with a Master's degree preferred.
