Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with customers, analyze feedback and analytics data to pinpoint user needs and challenges.

• Suggest new features and improvements to address user issues.

• Garner support for your proposals among Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.

• Create technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Data Science to establish estimation techniques, validate model results against actual data, and ensure the 'explainability' of our metrics for enterprise clients.

• Engage in daily collaboration with Engineering teams during the development of new features.

• Relay functional and business information about upcoming releases to less technical teams, including Marketing, Accounts, Success, and Documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of professional experience, ideally with a SaaS company in data or in data roles within mobile or free-to-play gaming.

• Experience incorporating AI in daily operations or in launching AI-native products.

• Knowledge of BI industry tools such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.

• Proficient in using data to inform decision-making - you should be comfortable executing complex SQL queries against our analytics data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science; a Master’s degree is preferred.
