This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with customers, assess feedback, and analyze analytics data to pinpoint user needs and challenges.

• Suggest new features and improvements to address user issues.

• Secure support for your proposals from Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.

• Create technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Data Science to establish estimation methods, validate model outputs with ground truth, and guarantee the 'explainability' of our metrics for enterprise clients.

• Engage in daily collaboration with Engineering teams while developing new features.

• Relay functional and business aspects of upcoming releases to less technical teams, including Marketing, Accounts, Success, and Documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of professional experience, ideally within a SaaS company in data roles or in mobile or F2P gaming.

• Experience leveraging AI in daily operations or in delivering AI-native products.

• Knowledge of BI industry tools such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.

• Proven ability to use data for decision-making - comfortable executing complex SQL queries on our analytics data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science; Master’s degree is preferred.
