Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with customers, evaluate feedback and analytics data to pinpoint user needs and challenges.

• Suggest innovative features and improvements to address user issues.

• Garner support for your proposals among Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.

• Create technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Data Science to establish estimation methods, validate model outcomes against real-world data, and ensure the 'explainability' of our metrics for enterprise clients.

• Engage in daily collaboration with Engineering teams throughout the development of new features.

• Relay functional and business aspects of upcoming releases to less technical teams, including Marketing, Accounts, Success, and Documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of professional experience, ideally in a SaaS environment within data roles, particularly in mobile or F2P gaming.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI in daily operations or in launching AI-centric products.

• Knowledge of business intelligence industry players such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.

• Experience in using data to inform decision-making—comfortable with executing complex SQL queries on our analytics data.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science; a Master's degree is preferred.
