This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with customers, assess feedback and analytics data to determine user requirements and challenges.

• Suggest new features and improvements to address user issues.

• Secure support for your proposals from Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.

• Create technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Data Science to establish estimation methods, verify model results against actual outcomes, and guarantee the 'explainability' of our metrics for enterprise clients.

• Engage in daily collaboration with Engineering teams during the development of new features.

• Relay functional and business aspects of upcoming releases to less technical teams, including Marketing, Accounts, Success, and Documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a SaaS company in data roles or related positions in mobile or F2P gaming.

• Experience incorporating AI into daily operations or in the development of AI-driven products.

• Knowledge of BI industry leaders such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.

• Proven ability to utilize data for decision-making—comfortable crafting complex SQL queries against our analytics data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science; a Master’s degree is preferred.
