Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and enhancement of vRad’s software applications portfolio.

• Serve as the product owner for several agile software development teams.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Foster and articulate the product vision clearly.

• Act as a representative for customers and stakeholders.

• Provide external status updates on progress.

• Collaborate with the team to remove obstacles.

• Offer insights and recommendations regarding technology investments.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs.

• Work closely with team members in a collaborative environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Hands-on experience working in or alongside a radiology department.

• Comprehensive understanding of radiology workflows and imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound).

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.

• Proven experience in writing specifications and documentation for software development.

• Strong orientation toward processes and excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
