Product Manager, Ecosystems – Technical Alliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and collaborate with customer-facing teams to develop an integrations program that facilitates global automation and scalability.

• Oversee external Go-to-Market coordination directly with integrated partners.

• Take ownership of the product lifecycle for strategic ecosystem integrations.

• Create comprehensive technical product specifications, user stories, and data mapping requirements.

• Engage directly with external Product Managers and engineering teams at partner organizations.

• Serve as the primary product partner for internal Engineering leads and external contracted development partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of direct Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, IT Operations Management, or Cybersecurity.

• Strong commercial acumen; able to independently coordinate external partner GTM activities.

• Proven success in scoping, building, and launching effective public APIs, developer platforms, or third-party ecosystem integrations.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Highly skilled in assessing API documentation, webhooks, authorization frameworks (OAuth, API keys), and data schema transformations.

• Experience in designing public-facing APIs tailored for both traditional developers and machine-to-machine usage.

• Subject matter expertise in GRC or Security Operations.

• Experience managing external vendor relationships or technical alliances at the product level.
