Contract Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmaps that are in line with program objectives.

• Gain insights into customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancement.

• Take ownership of and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that engineering teams focus on initiatives that offer the highest value.

• Convert business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Architecture teams to develop practical technical solutions.

• Evaluate customer, operational, and commercial data to make data-driven product decisions.

• Work in partnership with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Customer teams.

• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Assess product performance via KPIs and continually optimize products based on customer feedback and data insights.

• Balance customer value, business priorities, and technical constraints to achieve optimal product outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products in Agile settings.

• Strong background in managing complex product backlogs and defining product roadmaps.

• Experience in leveraging large amounts of customer and operational data to guide product decisions.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across both technical and business domains.

• Proven experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Strong customer-centric approach with hands-on experience in product discovery and problem definition.

• Commercially savvy, capable of prioritizing competing demands and delivering measurable value.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional delivery teams.
