This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire project execution process: strategize, schedule, and drive delivery throughout the complete project lifecycle, balancing constraints while collaborating with product and engineering teams to maintain momentum.
• Develop and sustain project plans, monitor milestones, and proactively address risks, issues, and trade-offs—providing clear updates to stakeholders along with recommended solutions.
• Act as the PMO lead for the ML's agentic platform and customer-facing products — implementing a structured methodology for the development, testing, deployment, and operation of AI agents within MeridianLink’s agentic architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to integrate AI into every phase of the SDLC: requirements (AI-assisted grooming agents), development (co-pilot and Claude Code standards), testing (test-driven development metrics), and release (zero-downtime deployment, feature flag governance).
• Establish and continuously enhance team processes that boost quality and productivity through process definition, education, and refinement.
• Facilitate lightweight agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) and promote continuous improvement through retrospective evaluations.
• Utilize tools like Jira (and related reporting) to support teams and provide visibility into progress, capacity, and delivery health, ensuring alignment between product and engineering on AI initiatives.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical program management within a software engineering organization, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI, ML, or platform transformation.
• Proven track record in managing AI/ML initiatives or SDLC modernization projects—showing not just awareness but ownership of delivery.
• Proficient understanding of AI-driven SDLC concepts: AI-assisted requirements, co-pilot/code generation tools, test automation, agentic deployment, and observability.
• Capability to convert engineering complexity into executive narratives and vice versa; exceptional stakeholder management skills across CTOs, VPs, and individual contributors.
• Experience leading programs that involve multiple scrum teams, including those with significant offshore components.
• Proficient with program/project tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) and knowledgeable about engineering metrics (DORA, SPACE, or related frameworks).
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Flexible work hours and remote work options.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
