Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the product roadmap, detailing product features, enhancements, and updates over time.

• Identify pain points within the operations team and align the roadmap with business objectives.

• Work in partnership with engineers and administrators to outline technical solutions, assess trade-offs, and confirm that features are achievable within constraints.

• Utilize data analysis to guide the product roadmap and address ad hoc issues.

• Engage and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to create a shared understanding of requirements.

• Ensure that documented requirements are precise, comprehensive, and in line with stakeholder expectations.

• Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, and additional validation processes.

• Execute validation testing to confirm that features align with their intended purpose.

• Manage multiple priorities effectively through strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Carry out other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in a product owner, business analyst, quality analyst, or similar position.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across functions.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is advantageous.

• Understanding of call center, scheduling, and patient-facing applications is beneficial.
