Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with various Technology departments to make strategic decisions regarding product functionality.

• Oversees projects that involve a single development team.

• Proposes and manages the demand for application-related work.

• Guides projects through all phases and milestones.

• Manages the feature set and capabilities of products for business solutions.

• Conducts market research and competitor analysis.

• Creates product requirement documents (PDDs) and technical specifications to facilitate engineering handoff and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Defines and manages partner-facing API and system-to-system integrations, collaborating with external technical teams throughout the delivery process.

• Converts technical tradeoffs into business implications for non-technical stakeholders.

• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience; experience with partner/vendor integrations or vertical SaaS is highly preferred.

• Must satisfy one of the following educational requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (One year of relevant experience is considered equivalent to one year of college).

• Associate's Degree in a Technical Field.

• Certification in a relevant focus area.

• Preferred: Experience in insurance, animal health, or any other regulated/compliance-heavy industry.
