This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You align with the product strategy, derive clear objectives and problem areas from it, and ensure transparency and alignment throughout the team.
• You conduct ongoing product discovery (research, hypotheses, experiments), prioritize based on customer value, business value, and risk, and make informed decisions.
• You proactively and systematically gather requirements, maintain a value-focused backlog, and plan iterative releases in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders.
• You continuously evaluate the team's working methods and actively suggest process enhancements (e.g. through automation or AI tools).
• You facilitate problem areas rather than solution requests, manage expectations, and make strategy, progress, and risks clear and traceable.
• You establish KPI targets (focusing on outcomes rather than outputs), ensure impact measurement, and are accountable for the success of your initiatives, including reviews and adjustments.
• Several years of experience in product management or a similar role, with strong skills in discovery, processes, structure, prioritization, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent structuring and analytical abilities, capable of producing high-quality requirements (e.g. PRDs, user stories, process documentation).
• Solid technical proficiency: able to navigate complex system logic, APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies—not as a developer, but as a confident interface between the domain and engineering.
• You can clearly explain complex topics, defend priorities assertively, and moderate constructively—especially when objectives conflict.
• You actively leverage AI to enhance your work efficiency and quality, and you are open to learning new tools and methodologies.
• You are curious and broadly interested in exploring new approaches, methods, and technologies.
• You make decisions based on data and hypotheses, take responsibility for outcomes, and work independently and transparently.
• You possess excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level).
• Feelgood: Events such as team activities, a summer party, and regular offsites strengthen team cohesion and facilitate cross-site exchange.
• Feedback & Communication: We address employee needs through regular 1:1s, anonymous employee surveys, and annual culture feedback.
• Office benefits: Our offices feature height-adjustable desks, exercise balls, free drinks & snacks, and much more. You can even bring your dog.
• Quality time: We offer 30 vacation days per year for our full-time employees. Additionally, we have internal special leave arrangements and the option for flexible leave. Mobile/remote working is also possible according to policy.
• On top: You benefit from Hypoport perks, such as discounts at 300 online shops, workplace glasses, special conditions for a JobRad (company bike), and many more.
