Technical Product Manager, Media Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a development team to create a new advertising sales application, establishing a foundation for future analytics and optimization.

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, which includes planning, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and ongoing post-production enhancements.

• Lead project initiation, scoping, and planning efforts.

• Create and manage project plans, GANTT charts, and user stories.

• Conduct SCRUM meetings, stand-ups, and IPMs while upholding AGILE methodologies.

• Document and maintain user stories in a tracking tool throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

• Build strong working relationships with project sponsors from both business and technology sectors.

• Formulate staffing and resource management strategies.

• Evaluate project/program progression and provide status reports to leadership.

• Assess project risks and effectively devise mitigation strategies.

• Create standard communication protocols and documentation templates.

• Design, implement, and uphold standard processes and methodologies for project/program execution.

• Act as the authority on project management and organizational practices.

• Collaborate with business users and both internal and external technology teams to deliver a scalable application that surpasses requirements while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

• Identify new opportunities, tools, and services to enhance the custom software platform.

• Provide support and troubleshoot issues (both process and system-related), identify root causes, and proactively suggest sustainable corrective actions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, either as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Engineer.

• Experience in the media entertainment industry with a strong knowledge of AdSales.

• Ability to assess diverse data streams and convert them into meaningful and actionable recommendations.

• Capable of transitioning seamlessly between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.

• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, possessing strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, while being effective in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Results-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Familiarity with story and task-tracking tools for agile workflows.
