Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Convert business use cases into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Manage the product backlog, oversee sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery schedules

• Collaborate with engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders

• Oversee delivery risks, dependencies, and scope within a tight four-week timeline

• Ensure that solutions are technically viable, commercially significant, and adaptable for various clients

• Lead stakeholder reviews, sprint demonstrations, and decision-making meetings

• Outline the roadmap for upcoming builds and continuous solution development

• Assist in the creation of demonstrations and sales enablement materials

• Deliver two packaged business use cases developed on Palantir Foundry/AIP for client showcasing or deployment

• Generate a prioritized roadmap, maintenance needs, demo environments, demo videos, and solution documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in technical product management, solution delivery, enterprise technology consulting, or a similar area

• Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise data, AI, or software-platform solutions

• Experience guiding a technical product from use-case definition to MVP, POC, or deployment

• Solid background in agile product delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder demos

• Experience collaborating directly with engineers and architects on data integrations, workflows, APIs, technical dependencies, and solution design

• Demonstrated ability to deliver a functional MVP, POC, or accelerator within a brief, intensive timeframe

• Strong senior stakeholder management experience in consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise settings

• Capability to convert technical concepts into clear business terminology

• Availability for immediate start and full-time commitment during the initial engagement

• Direct experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir AIP is preferred

• Familiarity with similar enterprise data or AI platforms is a plus

• Experience transforming a client-specific build into a reusable product, accelerator, or packaged solution is advantageous

• Experience creating demo environments, solution showcases, or commercial materials is desirable

• Prior consulting or professional services experience is beneficial

• Experience delivering enterprise AI-enabled solutions is a plus
