This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to ensure product initiatives are aligned with portfolio strategy and the long-term vision for the product.
• Create and oversee multi-year product roadmaps, guaranteeing alignment between business goals, customer requirements, and launch strategies.
• Work closely with engineering and UX teams to outline product architecture, user experiences, workflows, and innovative features for Cardiac Safety solutions.
• Convert customer and stakeholder requirements into clear, evidence-based specifications, while balancing technical debt, architecture, and the development of new features.
• Direct cross-functional release planning, launch readiness activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while acting as a subject matter expert throughout the organization.
• A bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, medicine, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or clinical trial environments.
• Comprehensive experience across the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Strong technical understanding with the capability to convert business requirements into actionable insights for technical teams.
• Experience in collaborating with UX/UI teams to create user and data workflows.
• Proven track record of working directly with customers and integrating user feedback into product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives and synchronize activities with strategic business objectives.
• Experience in influencing diverse stakeholder groups and leading cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities in agile environments.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required by business needs.
• Experience in managing medical devices that capture physiological signals for monitoring or diagnosis, such as ECG systems.
