This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Oversee the implementation of impactful system integrations throughout our platform.
• Concentrate on the design, delivery, and enhancement of API-driven integrations with both external systems and internal applications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, implementation, and external partner teams to ensure that integrations are dependable, scalable, and consistent with our broader platform strategy.
• Establish requirements and partner with engineering teams.
• Convert business workflows and stakeholder requirements into precise technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead integration delivery, managing the complete process of assigned integrations from concept to production.
• Prepare comprehensive technical PRDs for API-based integrations.
• Specify field-level data mappings and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with engineering on authentication models such as OAuth, SSO, and token-based systems.
• Organize technical discovery sessions with integration partners.
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to support implementation efforts.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management or related experience in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering integrations between software systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange models, including the ability to read and interpret API documentation.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficient in utilizing modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to enhance efficiency in documentation, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Established ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new systems and technical concepts.
• Experience in drafting detailed product and technical requirement documents.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in senior living, healthcare, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SQL and capability to query data for analysis or troubleshooting purposes.
• Experience collaborating with offshore and distributed development teams.
• Knowledgeable in healthcare or healthcare interoperability, including HL7 and FHIR.
• Understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
