📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the product vision and roadmap for our features.

• Take charge of daily prioritization: make informed trade-offs between user value, technical complexity, speed, and quality.

• Ensure the team remains focused on the most critical tasks at hand.

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial conception to final release.

• Establish and monitor product requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance product success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineers may overlook that you are a Product Manager.

• You possess a technical background (whether in software development or another hands-on technical role), and it reflects in your work.

• You are capable of reading code, participating in architecture discussions, and grasping constraints without needing repeated explanations.

• You focus on execution, not merely planning.

• Within three months, you will be expected to be effective in practical, hands-on tasks.

• You take ownership of daily scope and delivery alongside your engineering and design colleagues, adapting to the pace required by the work.

• You are comfortable making numerous small decisions daily.

• You take AI seriously and demonstrate leadership in high-pressure situations.

• You have a solid understanding of how LLMs function, what constitutes a robust or fragile prompt engineering approach, and why model behavior is crucial to the product experience.

• You communicate effectively with diverse audiences, proficiently in English.
