Technical Product Manager, AI Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the product vision and roadmap for our features.

• Facilitate day-to-day prioritization: make informed trade-offs between user value, technical complexity, speed, and quality.

• Keep the team concentrated on the most critical tasks at hand.

• Work alongside engineering teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial conception to final release.

• Establish and monitor product requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance product success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineers forget you're a PM; you have a technical background (whether in software development or another hands-on technical role), which is apparent.

• You can read code, participate in architecture discussions, and grasp constraints without needing repeated explanations.

• You execute, not just strategize. Within three months, you'll be expected to be productive in the trenches.

• You are comfortable making numerous small decisions daily.

• You possess an understanding of how LLMs function, what constitutes a robust or fragile prompt engineering approach, and the importance of model behavior to the product experience.

• You communicate effectively with diverse audiences in fluent English.
