Senior Staff Technical Product Manager – Inbound Logistics

📋 Description

• Define strategy and oversee the end-to-end architecture, design governance, and delivery for Oracle WMS inbound distribution processes.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to convert vision into precise requirements.

• Align stakeholders, including Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, Developers, Operations, IT, and vendors.

• Steer delivery by balancing the introduction of new features, resolving defects, and managing technical debt.

• Establish scalable and supportable solution patterns and standards throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Conduct interviews with customers and stakeholders to develop and refine personas.

• Take ownership of the release and sprint backlogs, outlining the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.

• Provide technical guidance to TPMs across the organization.

• Develop and implement test plans, and conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT.

• Independently manage projects for new WMS site implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in implementing WMS functionalities.

• Over 8 years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities such as Oracle Shipping, Wave Planning, Pick-pack-and-ship, Load Planning, Shipping documentation, Replenishment, Product Receiving (PO/IB Shipments), Putaway, Slotting, Cross docking, Labeling, etc.

• Technical expertise: Over 8 years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
