This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Gather and confirm requirements with various business units
• Design process maps for Planning, Targets & Funds, Forecast, and assist in the future implementation of the Execution module
• Convert business needs into user stories and well-structured functional documentation
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and configuration validation
• Ensure consistency between local requests and the global template
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders
• Background in commercial processes or Trade Promotion
• Experience with CRM or Salesforce projects (knowledge of CG Cloud is a plus)
• Proficiency in functional documentation and process design
• Advanced English skills for collaboration with global teams
