• Collect and confirm requirements in collaboration with business units
• Design processes for Planning, Targets & Funds, Forecasting, and assist with the future implementation of the Execution module
• Convert business requirements into user stories and well-structured functional documentation
• Assist in testing phases (UAT) and verify solution configurations
• Ensure consistency between local requirements and the global template
• Serve as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders
• Background in commercial processes or Trade Promotion
• Experience in CRM or Salesforce projects (knowledge of CG Cloud is preferred)
• Proficient in functional documentation and process design
• Advanced English skills for collaboration with global teams
