Senior Staff Technical Product Manager – Outbound Logistics

📋 Description

• Accountable for defining strategy and overseeing end-to-end architecture, design governance, and delivery for Oracle WMS inbound distribution processes.

• Collaborates closely with Product Management to convert vision into well-defined requirements.

• Aligns stakeholders including Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, Developers, Operations, IT, and vendors.

• Directs delivery by balancing the introduction of new features, resolution of defects, and management of technical debt.

• Establishes scalable and supportable solution patterns and standards throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Owns and manages the backlog, continuously organizing and prioritizing to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are consistently ready.

• Engages regularly (50% of the time) with the development team, facilitating discussions, providing clarification, and managing story acceptance and refinement, testing, and validation.

• Mentors junior team members.

• Provides technical leadership to TPMs across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 years of professional experience, OR an Associate's degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, OR a High School Diploma with at least 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in implementing WMS functionalities.

• Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities including Oracle Shipping, Wave Planning, Pick-pack-and-ship, Load Planning, Shipping documentation, Replenishment, Product Receiving (PO/IB Shipments), Putaway, Slotting, Cross docking, Labeling, etc.

• Proficient in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts.

• Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and convey a unified synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
