📋 Description

• Deliver functional consulting and participate in a global implementation initiative for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) utilizing Salesforce CG Cloud.

• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of local business requirements, aligned with the overarching global template.

• Serve as a liaison between business units and the technical team on complex projects.

• Facilitate ongoing collaboration with global teams and validate system configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Gather, analyze, and confirm requirements with business areas.

• Map and document processes for:

• o Planning

• o Targets & Funds

• o Forecast

• o Support for the future activation of the Execution module.

• Convert business needs into user stories, process flows, and structured functional documentation.

• Assist in test cycles (SIT/UAT), configuration validation, and gap resolution.

• Ensure local requirements conform to the program's global template.

• Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

• Demonstrated experience with commercial processes or Trade Promotion Management (TPM).

• Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce projects (experience with CG Cloud is a plus).

• Extensive experience in functional documentation, process mapping, and process design.

• Proficient in English for interaction with global teams.
