Technical Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive system analysis across intricate enterprise platforms, pinpointing gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.

• Facilitate solution-oriented discussions with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, and QA teams to achieve practical and scalable results.

• Collect, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements, ensuring traceability from the initial concept to delivery.

• Convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications that adhere to enterprise architecture standards.

• Design and propose solutions that support loan disbursement, lending workflows, and financial integrations within banking systems.

• Collaborate with TPOs/TPMs to develop, manage, and maintain product backlogs, product boards, Azure DevOps dashboards, and work items.

• Assist in Agile ceremonies and practices, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.

• Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, address defects, and ensure the quality of solutions.

• Question assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and guide teams toward consensus-driven, value-focused solutions.

• Ensure that solutions comply with operational controls, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms.

• More than 10 years of experience in an Agile environment in an Analyst or comparable role.

• Extensive hands-on experience in system analysis, process optimization, requirements gathering, and solution design.

• Proficient with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
